Why am I stuck on the sister last quest like when you reach the bar you have a choice between your sister or the teacher but both of those choices are just keeps looping and won’t continue the game it’s loop like wtf? Is this your port fault or dev fault?

Oh okay sorry if I sound very rude but I don’t have any problem of the game except the last quest of the sister. Like I finished all the characters quest including the main story, just this final quest gives me problem so I’m guessing this is just the dev or the mod like you said.
